Pope & Land has been awarded the contract to manage interior construction and a major lobby renovation in two high-rise office buildings in Midtown and one in the Perimeter Center submarket. VP Greg Osbourne tells us the company is also managing the development and construction of Mill Springs Academy’s new lower/middle school building, a $7M project. Earlier this year, Pope & Land added Dan Biber as director of project management to its team. Dan has worked on a broad realm of projects from $50k to $120M and has a wide range of experience in complex/multi-phased construction. The company’s development and project management services division has developed some of the Southeast’s most successful and notable projects, including 3630 Peachtree, NorthWinds, Barrett Lakes and City View, and is currently developing the Comcast regional HQ tower in the Atlanta Braves/SunTrust Park mixed-use development.
