Pope & Land Responsibilities: Mr. Kelly is responsible for property acquisitions, land entitlements and development for Pope & Land. Mr. Kelly focuses primarily on the acquisition and development of land as well as leasing and sales.
Professional Experience: Mr. Kelly has been at Pope & Land since 2003 and in such time has developed Charles Schwab’s Peachtree Road location in Buckhead as well as the Central Perimeter location on Peachtree Dunwoody Road & Hammond Drive. Additionally, Mr. Kelly works on land development in North Fulton and Cobb County.
Education: Mr. Kelly received a degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta and a Marine Environmental degree from Florida Keys Community College.
Membership: Mr. Kelly is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Personal: Mr. Kelly has four children and resides in Buckhead.
