Pope & Land Responsibilities: At Pope & Land, Kerry is involved in the development, marketing, leasing, and management of its office and mixed-use projects, along with identifying and securing future opportunities.
Professional Experience: Prior to joining Pope & Land, Mr. Armstrong, as a Senior Vice President, worked with Duke Realty Corporation for nearly 22 years where he had a leadership role in building Duke Realty’s Atlanta Office portfolio from around 460,000 square feet in 1990 to more than 4.5 million square feet through development and acquisition.
Education: Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
Membership: Kerry is a member of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is currently Chairman of the Board of The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), the official planning agency for the 10-county metropolitan Atlanta region. He is the Chairman of The North Fulton Community Improvement District, and a Director and former Chairman of The Council for Quality Growth.
Personal: Kerry, his wife Wendy, and their daughter Jenny live near Duluth, Georgia. He is an avid fly-fisherman and upland hunter.
