Pope & Land Responsibilities: Mr. Barranco, acting as a director and partner, focuses on acquisitions, sales, development, and entitlements for properties and projects in Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
Professional Experience: Mr. Barranco has been a licensed Broker, a developer, and a commercial real estate investor for over thirty years. Mr. Barranco’s specialties range from putting together intricate and complicated assemblages in urban areas to locating and acquiring vast properties outside of Atlanta. His efforts have led to the acquisition, development, and sale of over 6 million square feet of space and thousands of acres of land.
Education: Mr. Barranco received a B.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
Membership: Current professional membership with the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP), Midtown Alliance, and as a charter member of the Economic Prosperity Council.
Personal: Mr. Barranco lives in Vinings with his wife and their two sons.
