Pope & Land Responsibilities: Mr. Weber focuses on the accounting entity structuring and investor capital management of Pope & Land. As Chief Accounting Officer, Tim also advises in the areas of corporate and partnership tax matters for the company.
Professional Experience: Mr. Weber has extensive business experience in commercial real estate in the areas of development, property management and commercial construction accounting. He joined Pope & Land in 1997 after working on large scale projects in various cities in Florida and Georgia.
Education: Mr. Weber has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and earned a MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He is also a certified public accountant licensed in Georgia since 1988.
Membership: Mr. Weber is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s in the Real Estate Division and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA).
Personal: Mr. Weber resides in Marietta with his wife and has two grown children.
