Property owners Granite Properties and Pope & Land Enterprises, along with SCIenergy, have started the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification process for 100 City View. The owners and managers of this building are utilizing the LEED for Existing Buildings program which measures operations and maintenance metrics on a consistent scale. The LEED program addresses whole-building cleaning, recycling, exterior maintenance, energy and water efficiencies, as well as other green operations strategies. Look out for exciting things to come.
