AmWINS Brokerage of Georgia, an AmWINS Group Company (“AmWINS”), has signed a 10-year lease for 28,007 SF of office space on the 17th floor at 3630 Peachtree. The relocation into 3630 is the result of consolidating two offices within Atlanta. The Brokerage Division is a wholesale insurance broker of property & casualty and financial services products, focusing on difficult to place commercial coverage in excess & surplus (E&S) and specialty admitted insurance markets. More than 220 brokers across 25 offices specialize in various types of risks, business classes and lines of business.
