To “kick-off” the beginning of 2019, Pope & Land hosted an Office Tenant Rep Broker Party at Cumberland Center I, a 194,604 SF Class A Office Building located in the heart of the Cumberland / Galleria submarket. Brokers were able to tour the 100,000 SF currently available on floors two, four, six and seven. This was then followed by a party on the sixth floor of the building featuring, food, beverages and football themed games. The event concluded with the opportunity for each broker that toured to enter a free raffle drawing for two tickets to the “Big Game” on Sunday, February 3.
Drumroll please…and the “Big Winner” of the two tickets to the “Big Game” was Brad Kirschner of CBRE. Congratulations, Brad! We appreciate all of you that were able to attend the event.
