3630 Peachtree is proud to announce that Fabrice Vergez and Cindy Brown are opening F&B Restaurant in 3,700 square feet on the ground level of the building. F&B is expected to open in early 2012 and will offer modern French and Mediterranean cuisine. Tony Akly of Restaurants Consulting Group, Inc. will design and construct F&B, along with TOMO Japanese Restaurant and the To-Go Bistro at 3630 Peachtree.
Ryan Akly of Avenue Five Properties, LLC represented F&B in the transaction, while the leasing teams of Kerry Armstrong of Duke Realty and Jackie Gauthreaux and Jennifer Koontz of Pope & Land represented on behalf of the landlord.
