Pope & Land Responsibilities: As Vice-Chairman and partner at Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Land is responsible for a broad range of activities, including property acquisitions, dispositions, new developments and entitlements.
Professional Experience: Having joined the company in 1987, Mr. Land has been involved in the development of projects containing over 5 million square feet and undeveloped land transactions in excess of $200 million dollars.
Education: Mr. Land received his B.A. in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.
Membership: Mr. Land is a member of the Cobb County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Personal: Mr. Land and his wife Kim live in Newnan and have three grown children.
