VRA Partners, LLC recently signed a lease to relocate its offices in Buckhead to occupy 8,535 RSF on the 1st floor of 3630 Peachtree. VRA Partners is an investment bank that provides corporate finance advisory services to middle market companies. The firm offers mergers and acquisitions advisory, recapitalization, management buyout transactions, and equity and debt securities placement services. Additionally, it provides fairness opinions, takeover defense, valuations, and strategic consulting services. VRA Partners caters to consumer services, retail, distribution, food and beverage, healthcare, publishing, and technology sectors. VRA Partners was founded in 2006 and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
